The Ultimate Fighter on Spike
Tonight is the 2nd airing of season 3 of the Ultimate Fighter. Ken Shamrock and Tito Ortiz are coaches and they are training some of the best unsigned middleweights and light-heavy weights for a chance at a UFC contract. If you haven't watched the show or don't know the coaches---this season will be the BEST ever! The coaches HATE each other and have a long standing feud...they will also meet in the cage and do battle in July.
