Why can I not contact you with two questions on positions?

I've picked him as a centre back for two weeks but he's added to my forward/ midfielder scoring totals for both of these weeks?

He plays at right back, was flagged as a right back in the initial rankings (I lifted him and he was my 6th pick) but continues to be selected as a midfielder only..
Is this a system failure that's causing you to allocate only within categories???

Why is Michael Essien able to play at RB when he is listed as CM?
Does this mean that he'll collect points in both the defence and successfull passes categories?
I've noticed other players with this situation too, like Patrice Evra. I do think that this is a good idea, being rewarded for having more versatile players.
