League Chairmen are now able to upload the results of offline allocations.
In the HOME menu, select "Your teams", and then click on "Change League Settings" next to the name of the League. On the next screen, click on "Set Allocation Picks" and follow the instructions.
Select the first team, then begin entering the player names. To enter a player in a team, highlight the player's name in the panel on the left and click the top arrow. Continue until all 20 squad places are filled. Then click on "SAVE PICKS" and select the next team.
If you have kept a record of the order of picks, then you can enter each team's players in the order in which they were picked. But if you only have their PlayTheGame teamsheets, you can input the names in any order.
When you have entered full squads for all your League's teams, click on "MARK DRAFT COMPLETE", and, within seconds, the team graphic for your own team will appear.

Can't seem to see the tab "Set Allocation Picks"
PTG - it may be that your league has not formed yet. Has your league got all the manager positions filled? If you are still experiencing problems, please use the 'Contact Us' form under the 'Home' tab and state the name of your league and we can give you some specific help.

We have full league allocation, and have selected our squads. I cannot find the 'set allocation picks' tab either. Our allocation date is weds 13th - which I cannot move forward in the settings tab. Will I have to wait until then or am I doing something else wrong? Thanks.
PTG - Please use the 'contact us' link underneath the 'home' tab and let customer services know which league you are having an issue with and they will be able to investigate the matter.
As a note to all PTG managers, if you have a specific issue with your team or league, please use the 'contact us' facility and provide as much detail as possible regarding the issue you are experiencing. Using the 'contact us' facility will ensure you get a quick and accurate answer to your query.

Because my team wasn't completed until tonight, the date of allocation seems to have shifted to saturday, which suck because we will lose a week of play...
Is there anything i can do ??? Can i enter the picks monday morning, before the game start ??

PTG - If you have not filled your league with the specified number of teams and had your league formed before the set allocation date, your allocation will be postponed. Please contact customer services using the 'contact us' functionality available under the 'Home' tab and give full details of what has happened, your team and league name and they will investigate what has happened in your specific circumstances.

PTG - Please use the 'contact us' functionality under the 'home' tab to raise the issue with customer services who will be able to help you. Make sure you tell them your league and team name.

Hi, We did an offline auction for our players with a rule in that the person with the most money left would be first notice priority list and the least last on the list.
The league manager of our league has done the allocation but the list is all wrong. Is there any way that he can change this around.

PTG - we are investigating: but in the meantime you could agree not to use our functionality as regards notice priority, but instead put requests in directly to your league manager. Once they revert to "out-of-contract" status, he/she then announces who is entitled to sign which player.

PTG - When the chairman of an offline league logs in to the game, there will be a link on their teams page to set the allocations. This link will be available once the league has been filled with the required number of managers and the league has been formed.
