Whilst Cesc Fabregas remains the youngest player to ever make his debut for Arsenal at the age of 16 years and 177 days against Rotherham in the League Cup campaign of 2003, Fabregas didn't make his Premiership debut until the grand old age of 17 years and 103 days against Everton in 2004.
At this time he was the youngest Arsenal player to ever play in the Premiership, but history was rewritten at the weekend by another young gunner. At the age of 16 years and 256 days, Jack Wilshere now holds the record as the youngest player to ever play in a league match for the North London club, beating a record held by Gerry Ward since 1953.
He therefore also gets to grace the ranks of PlayTheGame and is now available to add to your team. The player is subject to the usual 48hr notice period. He was added to PTG at approximately 2.40pm BST.

I thought players were only added when they started matches. OK - so he's young, but either players are only added when they start matches (exc as a result of last day mania when the transfer window closes) or not. I don't mind which (actually I prefer the way you were doing it, so that the lists aren't cluttered with marginal players), but once you decide, please be consistent.
PTG - As with last year, players get added to PTG when they play in a Premier League game for the first time, whether this be as a sub or from the kick-off.

Two of the slightly older Arsenal players started in new positions on Sat 20th
Denilson Right Midfield
Eboue Left Midfield
PTG - At this time, we will not be giving Denilson or Eboue any added eligibility
