West Ham midfielder Jack Collison has been re-activated within PTG after starting in the match against Middlesbrough at the weekend.
Collison was added at 16.35 GMT on 5th November and he is subject to the usual 48hr notice period
There are a small number of leagues where Collison is already associated with a team as he was in our original lists when we opened the game in mid July. In these cases, other managers in the league will not have the opportunity to pick up this player.

It has come to my attention that Ronaldo was not awarded an assist for Rafael da Silva's goal against Arsenal. It can be seen that he nodded the ball down for Rafael da Silva to score. Please can you rectify this.
PTG - Ronaldo will not be awarded an assist. It all happens very quickly but it is the consensus that Ronaldo heads the ball towards the goal but at the same time, the Arsenal defender heads the ball clear. As a result of this the defender got the better touch and clears the ball away, but straight to the feet of Rafael. Therefore the ball took a significant deflection after Ronaldo had touched the ball and no assist is awarded.

i wanted to know if nicky shorey is awarded an assist for this weekend and also to check on richard dunne's defensive points, because he has been awarded 0 defensive points which i find hard to believe. thank you
PTG - Nicky Shorey is not eligible for an assist as it was James Milner who provided the cross for Steve Sidwell's goal.
The scores for Richard Dunne have now been amended.

I am in the ‘The League of Champions’ PTG league and which has 11 members. We have had recent transfers between managers where there have been 5 protests and the transfer has still gone through. We now have a transfer where there are currently 8 protests ( the transfer of John Terry for Nicolas Bentner). Can you ensure that this transfer does not go through as more that 50% of the managers that are not involved in the transfer have protested against the move.
Can you also clarify how many protests are required in a league of 11 members for a transfer to be rejected?
PTG - If 8 people in a league of 11 have protested a transfer then this transfer will be rejected.
In a league of 11 you would need a minimum of 5 people to reject a transfer. You would basically need 50% of the 9 managers in your league (excluding the two managers that have proposed/accepted the transfer) to protest the transfer. As the league has an odd number of managers then you need a 5th manager to protest the transfer to reach the 50% threshold. If only 4 managers protest the transfer then the transfer will be processed.
We cannot comment on your particular league in the blog, but do not believe that any transfers have been allowed to be processed when the 50% protest mark has been reached. If you have any further queries regarding this matter please use the 'Contact Us' functionality under the 'Home' tab to raise the matter with customer services.

hi i wanted to know if it would be possible to bring back the polls which were apart of the league last year?? cheers
PTG - Thanks for your comment. The polls were removed in the summer as they were not that widely used in last years game, but we will bear your thoughts in mind when considering how to develop the game.

Dalmat played at Left Back for Pompeys last league game against Sunderland. This meant that Belhadj moved up to left midfield and Krancjar switched to right midfield. Will Krancjar be given RB status and Belhadj LB status. Also did Modric not make the assist for Bents first goal against man city. His Pass took hardly any deflection off Richard Dunne.
PTG - Belhadj has been awarded LM eligibility. Krancjar has been awarded RM eligibility.
With regards to the query about the assist for Darren Bents goal against Man City, it has not been awarded to Modric as the ball takes a significant deflection from Richard Dunne.

Is Park going to be given a FW position as he's been involved in FW rather than wings in recnetl matches. (EPL, cup & champions cup)
PTG - We have now awarded Ji-Sung Park Forward eligibility. Please remember that it is only playing positions at the Kick-Off of Premier League matches that are considered for positional eligibility additions.

Hi there! Really enjoying the season... According to many match reports, Nadir Belhadj of Portsmouth started the game (and stayed there!) in the midfield... either LM or LW... in the place of Niko Kranjcar... Can his eligibility please be updated? Thanks!
PTG - Belhadj has been awarded LM eligibility.

Why isn't Kasper Schmeichel available as a Man City goalkeeper as I need him in my team now Hart is injured for a month? If he goes on 48hr notice, there's no chance of getting him and my season will be in tatters!!
Plus, should Shola Ameobi have got an assist as Owen tapped in his saved shot?
PTG - Please see our latest post regarding Kasper Schmeichel.
With regards to your assist query, there is no assist because Ameobi's shot is saved by the goalkeeper.
