Five new players have been added to PTG on January 26th 2009. All players were added at around 17:10 GMT and are subject to the usual 48 hour notice period. Ben Watson - Wigan Athletic FC
Savio Nsereko - West Ham United
Hugo Rodallega - Wigan Athletic FC
Fabio Da Silva - Manchester United

Can you please advise why does Fabio Da Silva are added even he's not appear in EPL whereas some other players have appeared in cup games but have not been added?
There seemed to have a bit of inconsistency b/n the top teams and relatively weaker teams.
I am happy to provide a list of players who started in cups game but not being added

The only other way that players are added to the game is when a player who is not in our existing lists (but is already associated with a Premier League club) makes their debut in the Premier League. This is mainly used for young players such as 19 year old Ben Eckersley who broke through into the Manchester United first team on Tuesday night. Cup games have no bearing on PTG in terms of scoring or player eligibility.
