Invites to Private Leagues for committed managers

If you are an active manager who wants to play until the last kick of the season or want to take part in a larger 'Public' League than our standard 10 team leagues, then this is the place to find other fully-committed managers to give you a run for your money.

All you need to do is let the PlayTheGame community know who you’d like to join your League, post its name, password and league size and enjoy a season playing with like-minded managers.

See below for a list of the leagues available:

PTG supplement in The Times - Thursday 30th July

Make sure you pick up a copy of The Times from your local newsagent on Thursday 30th July 2009 for an 8 page supplement on this years game.

Copying wish lists from one team to another

For those users with multiple teams, please take a look at the tip below sent in by Jamacian Red Devil that allows you to copy a wish list from one team to another....

NOTICE FOR MANAGERS WITH MULTIPLE TEAMS

For those with multiple teams.. I found a little workaround to "copy" your wish list from one team to another.

I don't know if this works in Internet Explorer but I've done it with Firefox and i have been able to have identical wish lists with my 4 teams fairly easily.

STEPS

1. make your wish list and save it, keep the list open (list 1)

2. open your second team in a new tab and go to your player rankings screen (list 2)

3. go back to the list 1 tab and save your list KEEP IT OPEN

4. go to list 2 and refresh the list... you "should" see the content from list 1 in list 2

5. save list 2

6. rinse and repeat for other teams where applicable
