Hi there - just wondering how Crouch was credited with an assist when it wasn't a direct assist because Keane's first effort was saved hence the assist shouldn't count, as per this match report from soccernet: "Benoit Assou-Ekotto's hanging cross from the left was guided into Keane's path by Peter Crouch, with the flag staying down as the Spurs skipper met the ball with a volley. Craig Gordon saved that effort but the ball squirmed through the Sunderland goalkeeper and was tapped in by the Republic of Ireland international, his eighth goal of the season." Can you please rectify this? Thanks.
PTG - The video has been reviewed but the assist for Crouch will stand.

Hi there!
Just wondering if the "terry goal" against man utd as going to count to Anelka seeing he got the final touch?
Thanks!
Pat.
PTG - The ball did not get a touch from Anelka. Drogba sticks out his foot, but does not touch the ball.
